• Working with your drug discovery team in a flexible, effective manner to assist selection of lead compounds based on the Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion and Toxicological (ADMET) characteristics of compounds.

• Investigating the toxicity of compounds and its relevance to man, and delivering a rationale to aid the design of further preclinical and clinical studies.

• Having an established track record in the 'rescue' of compounds by demonstrating that adverse observations in animal safety studies are not always relevant to man.
