Lab Based Due Diligence

CXR Biosciences offers a lab based due diligence service to assist in the evaluation of opportunities for in-licencing of compounds. We examine the information package that is provided by the licensor, then design and deliver a customised research plan that is focused on understanding the ADMET liabilities that have not already been addressed. By identifying critical gaps in the information package and delivering data to fill those gaps, CXR  enable more effective decisions to be made about the clinical potential of the candidate, advise on the technical risk, and hence enable more informed decisions regards investment. CXR can also advise on the 'critical path' design of further pre-clinical and clinical studies, to help estimate total investment costs and ROI calculations.
