Collaborative research opportunitiesCXR Biosciences is pioneering the development of new proprietary models for ADME and toxicity screening that are more rapid, more informative and more relevant to man than existing approaches. CXR Biosciences is keen to collaborate with other companies on a risk sharing basis to develop new models. Collaborators are currently sought for the reporter xenograft technology. Reporter xenografts CXR Biosciences is developing Smart Xenograft models that provide quantitative readouts in the urine of the number of viable implanted tumour cells, together with mechanistic information about the physiological response of tumour cells to anti-cancer agents. These models enable the non-invasive quantitative determination of the effect of a novel treatment on tumour burden in a single animal in real time. CXR is currently seeking collaborative partners to help validate and improve the smart xenograft system. Further information about this and other models in development can be provided under a suitable confidentiality agreement. Please contact us if you would like further information.
